Deadlifts (start at 135, 155, 195lbs)

Dive Bomber Pushups

Bench Press @135/115lbs

Post WOD

"This month will be a 30 Day Upper Body Challenge for the Post WOD."

10 Pushups
5 Dips
10 Bicep Curls @35/25lbs
20 sec Heavy Bag or Air Punches
20 sec Wall Sit
