30 Reps Clean and Jerks @ 135/95lbs
3 sets of 200m run between 3 sets of 10 Clean and Jerks

**Grace will be altered to 10 reps with a 200m between sets, for a total of 3 sets of 10 of Clean and Jerks and 3 sets of 200m runs**
